Through the program "Raising Steps for Children to School", the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province continues to promote its core role in gathering and mobilizing organizations, businesses and philanthropists to join hands in caring for the young generation.

At the same time, the review and selection of beneficiaries is coordinated with localities and schools to ensure that support reaches the right students who are truly in difficult circumstances and have the will to rise up in their studies.

Not only supporting part of the tuition fees, scholarships also help students have more conditions to buy books and school supplies. More importantly, this concern is a practical source of spiritual encouragement, adding faith and willpower for them to overcome difficulties and continue to pursue their studies.

This is also a practical activity towards the 96th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (November 18, 1930 – November 18, 2017), the Great National Unity Festival and Vietnam Culture Day (November 24, 2026).
