Yen Bai Ward Trade Union connects businesses, cares for workers

On November 3, Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation informed that the Yen Bai Ward Trade Union organized a working session with the Yen Bai Regional Business Association to exchange and agree on contents of coordination to care for workers' lives.

Yen Bai Regional Business Association is a voluntary social - professional organization directly under the Lao Cai Provincial Business Association, gathering and connecting businesses and cooperatives in the area.

Through the role of a bridge between businesses and Party committees, authorities and functional agencies, the Association contributes to supporting businesses to remove difficulties, promote production and business, and at the same time mobilize units to properly implement legal regulations, pay attention to ensuring the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.

At the working session, the two sides exchanged coordinated solutions in a practical direction, linking trade union activities with the actual needs of businesses and workers.

In the immediate future, Yen Bai Ward Trade Union proposes to mobilize and mobilize resources to support union members and workers in difficult circumstances on the occasion of the Dinh Mui Lunar New Year 2027, contributing to helping workers celebrate Tet warmer and more fulfillingly.
