Software to evaluate cadres according to KPI in the Party Committee of Central Party agencies to be put into operation soon

On November 4, the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies held a meeting of the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee. Politburo member, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu, Secretary of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies chaired the meeting, according to VNA.

Concluding the conference, noting that there is not much time until the end of the year, and the workload is very large, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu requested Party committees at all levels to focus on reviewing the entire program and work plan for 2026; clearly identifying slow and outstanding tasks, especially key tasks assigned by the Central Government, the Politburo, and the Secretariat, with specific solutions to ensure timely and quality completion.

First of all, direct the drastic implementation of action programs and plans to implement resolutions, conclusions, and regulations of the 4th Plenum of the 14th Central Committee.

Subordinate Party committees, based on their assigned functions and tasks, develop implementation plans or supplement them to the work program, clearly define the content, responsibilities, progress and specific products, and complete them before November 30.

Continue to promote the role of media and press agencies in information and propaganda work to serve political tasks; improve the effectiveness of fighting against false and toxic information.

The Standing Committee of the Secretariat requested to urgently organize reviews, assessments, and classifications of collective and individual quality to ensure substance, objectivity, and fairness, to be completed before December 15; proactively prepare for summarizing work in 2026 and deploying tasks for 2027.

The Standing Committee of the Secretariat clearly stated to continue reviewing and completing job positions, identifying human resource needs and developing staffing plans for the 2027-2031 period on schedule; proactively develop the work program, inspection and supervision program for 2027 of the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and directly affiliated Party committees; focus on completing work management software and cadre evaluation according to KPI, putting it into official operation throughout the Party Committee in December 2026, ensuring practical service for cadre management and evaluation work.

For the operational operating system, agencies and units fully prepare conditions, implement the entire process of submitting, processing, digital signing and issuing documents on the system from November 15; do not receive paper dossiers for documents and dossiers that meet the conditions for processing on the electronic environment.

At the conference, delegates listened to reports on planning work and planning proposals for Party committees and the Inspection Committee of Party Committees of Central Party agencies; implementing the process of consolidating the Executive Committee of the Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee.

Based on current regulations and guidelines and on the proposals of directly affiliated Party committees, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee has unanimously proposed that the Standing Committee of the Party Committee carry out procedures to introduce for the Politburo to appoint additional personnel to participate in the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
