Completing the software for evaluating cadres according to KPI in the Party Committee of Central Party agencies

On October 1st, the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies organized the September 2026 Party Committee Standing Committee Conference and the 3rd Conference of the Party Committee Executive Committee.

Speaking at the conclusion of the Conference, Politburo Member, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu, Secretary of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies, requested the entire Party Committee to focus on implementing a number of key tasks.

First of all, focus on leading and directing the completion of political tasks in the last 3 months of the year; continue to improve the quality of research and strategic advice. The immediate focus is to proactively coordinate with agency leaders to carefully prepare projects and contents to serve the 4th Central Conference and the 2nd Session of the 16th National Assembly.

The last three months of the year must be a time to accelerate the implementation of political tasks, it is proposed to clearly assign responsibilities, regularly review progress, and promptly remove difficulties" - the Standing Secretary of the Secretariat noted.

Regarding Party building and building a contingent of cadres, the Standing Committee of the Secretariat requested to continue to improve quality, ensuring synchronous implementation in all political, ideological, ethical, organizational and cadre aspects.

Party committees at all levels need to strengthen political and ideological education; strictly implement Directive 07 of the Politburo on promoting the study and practice of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, methods, and style in the new development stage; regulations on exemplary responsibility, what party members are not allowed to do; proactively grasp the ideological situation, maintain internal solidarity, and protect the ideological foundation of the Party.

Along with that, continue to innovate and improve the quality of Party committee meetings and Party cell meetings; strengthen the management of Party members; improve the quality of Party member admission; strictly implement the work of protecting internal politics. Promote the pioneering, exemplary, innovative, creative, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility spirit of cadres and Party members; and at the same time rectify manifestations of avoidance, shirking, and irresponsibility.

Regarding the completion of work management software and cadre evaluation according to KPI in the entire Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Secretariat requests the Working Group and Party committees, agencies, and units to continue to coordinate to complete the software, deploy and implement it in a unified, interconnected direction, using shared data, suitable to the specific characteristics of each agency. Party committee secretaries must directly direct and be responsible for the quality of deployment at their Party committees, agencies, and units.

The application of software must serve the essence of management and evaluation work; do not run after formality, do not generate unnecessary procedures and work. The results of cadre evaluation software must be considered together with product quality, quality control, nature of tasks and evaluation by competent authorities.

Note that this is a key task in the last 3 months of 2026, the Standing Committee of the Secretariat requests to do it thoroughly, taking the efficiency of work management and the quality of cadre evaluation as a measure; absolutely do not run after formality, do not do it for show.

The success of this task is not only measured by the software being built or put into use, but more importantly, it creates a working order with clear responsibilities, clear progress, and clear products" - the Standing Committee of the Secretariat emphasized.
