Establishment of 1 more grassroots trade union in Thai Nguyen
Thai Nguyen - The establishment of grassroots trade unions helps ensure the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
On November 4th, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation organized a Conference to announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Sunhouse Hongling Heat-Keeping Equipment Production Joint Stock Company.
This is a meaningful milestone in the journey of building trade union organizations at enterprises, creating a common home for workers to unite, share and develop together.
The presence of trade union organizations also contributes to bringing the voice and aspirations of workers closer to business leaders, improving the effectiveness of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members.
In particular, a new organization was established, adding to the nurtured trust and motivation to build harmonious, progressive and sustainable labor relations.
