Phu Tho workers excitedly learn law through theater

In October 2026, many propaganda and dissemination programs on legal knowledge combined with cultural exchanges were organized at businesses in Phu Tho province. No longer just simple document dissemination sessions, legal knowledge is conveyed through staged situations, interactive questions and exchange activities, creating an exciting atmosphere and attracting a large number of workers to participate.

Recorded at a program organized by the Workers' Counseling and Support Center under the Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) in Hoa Binh ward, many workers actively participated in answering questions related to the rights and obligations of workers.

Receiving the gift after answering the question correctly, Ms. Nguyen Thi Be, a worker of Production Team 1, R Vietnam Lens Co., Ltd., could not hide her joy. “When participating in the program, I wanted to learn more about legal knowledge related to workers. Luckily, I answered correctly and received gifts from the Organizing Committee, I am really very happy” - Ms. Be shared.

Assessing the effectiveness of the program, Mr. Nguyen Long - Chairman of the Trade Union, Deputy Director of Production Operations of R Vietnam Lens Co., Ltd., a unit with 850 trade union members - said that the activity has created a positive response in the collective of workers.

“The program organized by the Provincial Labor Federation is really meaningful. We see the efforts of trade union members in learning about legal knowledge. Everyone takes advantage of the time to learn, discuss, and understand the regulations together” - Mr. Long assessed.

According to Mr. Long, combining legal propaganda with cultural exchange helps the program avoid rigidity, creates a comfortable psychology and encourages workers to actively absorb knowledge. In particular, the process of jointly learning and exchanging also contributes to strengthening understanding and connection between business members.

Not only at R Vietnam Lens Co., Ltd., legal propaganda activities also receive the attention of workers in many other businesses.

At Son Thuy Joint Stock Company, Mr. Bui Van Chinh, who has been attached to the business for 10 years, enthusiastically participated in the program. "Through the program, I learned a lot. This is not only an activity to provide legal knowledge but also a bridge connecting members of the company. Everyone tries together, exchanges and participates very happily" - Mr. Chinh expressed.

Mr. Tong Duc Chien - Head of Professional Affairs Department cum Director of the Center for Consulting and Supporting Workers under the Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation - informed that the programs are organized to disseminate the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State. At the same time, equip union members and workers with practical knowledge about the Labor Code, Trade Union Law, Employment Law, 2024 Social Insurance Law, Law on Implementing Democracy at the Grassroots Level and Law on Occupational Safety and Health.

According to Mr. Chien, choosing a form of propaganda suitable to the characteristics and psychology of workers is an important factor to improve the effectiveness of legal dissemination. In addition to helping workers raise awareness and consciousness of complying with regulations, the program also creates a space for exchange, improves spiritual life, and strengthens solidarity in the collective.

From practical activities at enterprises, the law does not only stop at clauses and regulations in documents but gradually becomes knowledge close to each worker. When understanding the law, grasping their rights and obligations, workers will have more basis to protect themselves.
