News from Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union, Da Nang city on November 4th said: in the program to monitor the compliance with policies and laws and ensure the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, the Supervisory Delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Phuoc commune worked with VN Sakura Co., Ltd. and Vietnam-Japan Nam Phuoc Kindergarten.

The working session was chaired by Ms. Lam Thi Vy - Party Committee Member, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, Chairwoman of Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union, Deputy Head of the Supervisory Delegation, with the participation of Delegation members, representatives of Nam Phuoc grassroots Social Insurance and People's Council Boards of the commune.

Representatives of the supervised units include Ms. Tran Thi Thuy - System Operation Supervisor of VN Sakura Co., Ltd. and Ms. Nguyen Thi So - Principal of Vietnam-Japan-Nam Phuoc Kindergarten.

The Sakura – Viet Nhat system has the same owner, Ms. Van Pham Kim Xuyen, including Viet Nhat kindergartens in Duy Hoa, Ha Lam and Nam Phuoc.

According to reported data from the two supervised units, the system has a total of 79 employees, which is a source to continue propaganda and mobilization to develop trade union members.

At the working session, representatives of the system wished the Commune Trade Union to directly support from the establishment of the Mobilization Committee, propagating the rights and interests of union members, mobilizing workers to voluntarily join to completing dossiers and procedures to request the establishment of grassroots trade unions, striving to implement it right in early November 2026.

Effectively implement policies

Through supervision, the Delegation noted that the two units basically well implemented social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies; paid attention to resolving sickness, maternity and employee benefits. At the same time, requested to continue to complete labor records, organize periodic health checks and promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles related to regimes and policies.

In parallel with the work of mobilizing the establishment of the Trade Union, Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union has guided the system to review and compare the salary fund as a basis for paying 2% trade union fees at 3 establishments according to the notice of the Da Nang City Labor Federation, unified to coordinate to complete data and fulfill obligations according to regulations.

Speaking at the working session, Ms. Lam Thi Vy acknowledged the positive results in implementing labor policies, and highly appreciated the proactiveness and consensus of units towards the establishment of grassroots trade unions.

Ms. Vy also directly exchanged and answered difficulties and oriented the construction of Trade Union organizations suitable to the specific characteristics of preschool education, focusing on caring for life, working conditions, implementing dialogue and protecting the rights of workers.

Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union continues to accompany and guide the Sakura - Viet Nhat system to complete the dossier for establishing a grassroots Trade Union, submitting it to the City Labor Federation for consideration and decision according to regulations.
