Grassroots trade union in Da Nang organizes employee conference

Duy Xuyen Commune Trade Union, Da Nang City on November 3rd said: SEDO VINAKO Co., Ltd. (Dong Yen Industrial Cluster, Duy Xuyen Commune) organized the 2026 Employee Conference with the participation of the board of directors, leaders of departments, divisions, trade union executive committees and more than 200 delegates representing employees throughout the company.

The conference is a forum for workers to directly participate in contributing opinions and proposing aspirations related to employment, income and working conditions; and at the same time create opportunities for business leaders to inform about the operating situation, exchange and answer issues that workers are interested in.

At the conference, many practical contents were discussed such as salaries, income, quality of meals, environment and working conditions.

With a spirit of democracy, frankness and constructiveness, the opinions and recommendations of employees are received and exchanged by the Company's leaders and the Trade Union organization, towards solutions suitable to the actual situation of the enterprise.

The organization of the Employee Conference not only contributes to the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations but also strengthens consensus and connection between employees and employers.

Thereby, promoting the role of the Trade Union organization in representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; accompanying businesses to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
