Many activities connecting workers

In 2026 alone, collective running events to improve health attracted over 150,000 participants, creating a joyful atmosphere, strengthening the connection between trade union organizations, businesses and workers.
Investing in cultural institutions in crowded workers' areas
Along with caring for material life, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation focuses on improving the cultural and spiritual life of workers, especially workers in industrial zones, clusters and boarding houses.
Recently, the City Labor Federation invested in installing a free wireless Internet access system at 90 worker dormitories in phase 1, and is expected to continue to deploy it at more than 100 dormitories in phase 2, creating conditions for tens of thousands of out-of-province workers to access information, improve their knowledge and spiritual life.
In the coming time, the City Labor Federation will continue to maintain and improve the operational efficiency of workers' cultural institutions; coordinate investment and upgrade community living areas, sports playgrounds, and digital libraries in industrial parks, economic zones and boarding houses.
Along with that, the movement "Cultural, Safe, Creative Workers" is being implemented associated with building a grassroots cultural life and the model "Socialist Grassroots Trade Union". Thereby, gradually forming a healthy working and living environment, contributing to building the image of Hai Phong workers "Discipline - Unity - Modernity - Meaningfulness".
