Psychological - educational - health and job search support for young people
Da Nang has a large recruitment demand, but many "3-no" young people still find it difficult to find jobs due to lack of skills, career orientation and picky psychology.
In fact, at the grassroots level, the identification and statistics of this group of subjects face many barriers. Mr. Le Cong Hung - Secretary of the Da Nang City Youth Union - said: "The Youth Union organization mainly focuses resources on schools and students. This group of young people is handed over to local management but it is very difficult to grasp. It is very difficult for anyone to admit themselves to being unemployed, untrained; not to mention that a part of young people after graduation still have a psychology of being picky about jobs, so they are not ready to participate in the labor market.
From a psychological perspective, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Hang Phuong (Lecturer at the University of Education - Da Nang University) analyzed that young people aged 20 to 25 are very likely to fall into crisis when lacking skills and orientation.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Hang Phuong said: "Everyone has a need to rise up, a desire to develop, but young people may not know where to start, do not know who to trust to feel truly helped and may add a little about the lack of trust from family. Without a training environment, young people are prone to falling into a deadlock. Currently, we are implementing a Club to support psychology - education - health and job search for families and young people related to drug addiction before, during and after".
Mr. Nguyen Qui Quy - Deputy Director of Da Nang City Department of Home Affairs - said that the situation of "3 no's" youth in the locality is not alarming, while the recruitment demand of businesses is still high, especially unskilled labor in industrial parks.
According to Mr. Quy, the city's job connection system is currently operating continuously through the Job Service Center, periodic exchanges at universities, industrial parks and digital data platforms. Da Nang has issued Resolution No. 65 supporting preferential loans for young people participating in foreign labor markets under contracts in Japan and Korea. A system of policies to support vocational training and job conversion for the unemployed is also being implemented. Mr. Quy emphasized that workers need to proactively seek job opportunities, change their psychology of being afraid of heavy work and complaining about low wages to take advantage of support policies and connect recruitment from the government and businesses.
