News from the Trade Union of Chien Dan commune, Da Nang city on July 10 said: The Trade Union of Chien Dan commune had a working session with Visual Comfort Vietnam Co., Ltd. to survey the business operation situation, grasp jobs, workers' lives and propagate and mobilize the establishment of grassroots trade unions (CĐCS).
At the working session, the Commune Trade Union learned about the production and business situation, the number of workers, jobs, regimes, and policies for workers; thereby grasping the thoughts and aspirations of workers, the situation of labor relations and the advantages and difficulties of businesses.
Representatives of the Commune Trade Union informed about the position, role, and function of the Trade Union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; and at the same time propagated the meaning and benefits of establishing grassroots trade unions for workers and businesses.
The commune trade union also exchanged specific information on the conditions, procedures, and preparation steps for establishing grassroots trade unions; requested businesses to coordinate and create conditions for the Trade Union to access, propagate, and mobilize workers to learn about and voluntarily participate in the Trade Union organization according to regulations.
Business representatives acknowledged the exchanged contents and expressed their interest in establishing grassroots trade unions, creating conditions for workers to participate in trade union organizations, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
In the coming time, the Chien Dan Commune Trade Union will continue to coordinate with Visual Comfort Vietnam Co., Ltd. to promote propaganda and mobilize workers, implement necessary steps, towards establishing grassroots trade unions that are practical, in accordance with regulations and suitable to the business situation.
