Huong Tra Ward Trade Union, Da Nang mobilizes to establish new grassroots trade unions

News from the Trade Union of Huong Tra Ward, Da Nang City on October 8th said: Implementing the plan to develop union members and establish grassroots trade unions (CĐCS) in 2026, the Trade Union of Huong Tra Ward organized propaganda and mobilization to establish CĐCS at Hop Phat Construction and Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd.

At the working session with business leaders and employees, representatives of the Huong Tra Ward Trade Union exchanged views on the role and significance of the Trade Union organization in non-state-owned enterprises.

At the same time, propagate the provisions of the Trade Union Law, the Labor Code and the rights and interests of workers when participating in the Trade Union organization.

The Ward Trade Union also informed about activities to care for life, support union members in difficult circumstances, and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.

Affirming that the Trade Union organization is a bridge between workers and employers, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations.

Representatives of the leadership of Hop Phat Construction and Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd. highly appreciated the proactiveness of the Huong Tra Ward Trade Union, and at the same time agreed to coordinate and create conditions for workers to learn about and participate in the Trade Union organization and move towards establishing grassroots trade unions at enterprises in the near future.
