On the morning of October 31st, the Great National Unity Festival of Quarter 13 Binh Thanh Ward was held at Binh Hoa communal house. The festival took place in a practical emulation atmosphere to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 1926) and Vietnam Culture Day (November 24, 2011).

Speaking at the festival, Mr. Vu Ngoc Tuat - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Binh Thanh Ward said that after more than 1 year of implementing the 2-level local government model, there are still many initial difficulties, but thanks to the close leadership of the Party Committee, the administration of the government, the coordination of the Front, mass organizations and the consensus and response of officials, party members, union members, association members, and people, the ward has basically completed the socio-economic development targets and cared for people's lives. Contributing to that common success are the great efforts of the collective of officials, party members, union members, association members, and people of Quarter 13.
Mr. Vu Ngoc Tuat expressed his impression of the specific and practical ways of working of Quarter 13 in 2026. Simple, humane models such as 0-dong meals or community activities associated with Binh Hoa communal house relic have strongly promoted the people's strength. In addition, the cultural and artistic movement of the neighborhood is also a prominent bright spot, not only improving the spiritual life of local people but also being the core force in the common movements of the ward.
