VNPT Net Trade Union innovates operations, creatively cares for union members and workers

The conference aims to evaluate the results of activities in the third quarter of 2026, deploy key tasks in the fourth quarter of 2026 and identify innovation in activities, creativity in caring for union members and workers.

According to the VNPT Net Trade Union - VNPT Trade Union (under the Vietnam Science and Technology Trade Union), in the third quarter of 2026, the Corporation's Trade Union closely follows political tasks, production and business, coordinates with professional departments to implement emulation movements; performs the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and employees. In the context of the Corporation promoting digital transformation and reorganizing production, the team of employees stabilizes their minds, believes in development orientations, and actively performs assigned tasks.

The innovation and creativity movement recorded many specific results: The General Corporation's Trade Union received 37 initiatives, recognized 33 initiatives, of which 15 first-class initiatives were submitted to the VNPT Trade Union for consideration. The brainstorming contest with the theme "Innovation - Smart Infrastructure - Excellent Operation" received 25 ideas; 22 individuals were honored as "Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Net Typical" in the second quarter of 2026.

Caring activities continue to aim at the specific needs of workers and their families. The "Together to School" program supported 63 cases with a total amount of 63 million VND; rewarded 70 children of officials and employees with high academic achievements with a total amount of 103 million VND. The work of supervising regimes, policies, insurance and occupational safety and health was concerned; 485 trade union officials and safety and health workers participated in professional training...

The conference agreed on 11 key tasks for the fourth quarter of 2026, focusing on accompanying professionals to complete 6 key programs of the Corporation, especially the program of model innovation, production organization arrangement; reviewing and consolidating trade union organizations in accordance with the new model.

The tasks of taking care of welfare, organizing "Trade Union Meals", improving professional skills and applying AI, financial management, completing the "VNPT Knowledge Connection Point" program, and evaluating trade union activities in 2026 continue to be implemented synchronously.

The Conference assigned the Standing Committee of the Corporation's Trade Union to concretize the resolution into a work program; member grassroots trade unions to develop action programs suitable to reality, promote the spirit of solidarity and creativity, contributing to completing the goals and tasks of 2026.
