People's Police Trade Union deploys digital transformation tasks

On October 29, the People's Police Trade Union (CAND) said that the CAND Trade Union has issued Plan No. 354/KH-CĐCAND dated August 4, 2026 on emulation of 100 days of determination to implement digital transformation tasks in the CAND Trade Union in 2026 (August 5-12, 2020, responding to Plan No. 568/KH-BCA-V01 of the Ministry of Public Security).

In the first 9 months of the year, the People's Public Security Trade Union worked with MobiFone Digital Solution Joint Stock Company (MobiFone Solution), agreed on a plan and completed the development of a trial version (demo) simultaneously of 3 contents: App of the People's Public Security Trade Union (replacing a simple Website), document and operation management system to the grassroots level, standardized database on union members and trade union organizations; completed and submitted to the Department Leaders for signing and sending a document requesting the Network Security Department (A05) to open a Signet system for union members; continue to monitor the results of reviewing Fanpage green certificates; maintain and develop content of YouTube channel, Fanpage of the People's Public Security Trade Union; 100% of officers and soldiers maintain the use of document and operation management software, digitize documents, record electronic work logs; build infographics to guide union members on welfare programs and release Flip-book summarizing and answering union members' opinions.

Also in the first 9 months of the year, the People's Public Security Trade Union organized an online contest to learn about occupational safety and health work in the People's Public Security Trade Union in 2026; completed scoring entries for the "Initiative to improve working conditions" contest; organized for more than 2,000 union members to participate in the online legal advice program "Union members ask - Trade Unions answer" No. 2 (themed Social Insurance) and an online forum to ask about social insurance laws organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

Regarding caring for specialized subjects and union member welfare programs, the People's Police Trade Union issued Guidance No. 353/CV-CĐCAND dated August 4, 2026 on implementing the work of caring for and supporting workers who are ethnic minorities and mountainous people (according to Official Dispatch No. 184/TLĐ-QHLĐ); developed summary report No. 352/BC-CĐCA dated August 2, 2026 on supporting "Trade Union Shelter" activities in the period 2016-2026 and assessed the loan fund after arranging the organizational structure and sent it to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; issued Guidance No. 361/HD-CĐ CAND dated September 11, 2026 on implementing the union member welfare program through cooperation agreements with 5 partner units, supporting incentives and 5-50% discounts for union members and relatives.
