Quang Ninh Labor Federation trains grassroots cultural nghiệp vụ for trade union officials
Quang Ninh - From October 28th to November 1st, Quang Ninh Labor Federation opens a grassroots cultural professional training class for about 75 trade union officials and core workers at the grassroots level in 2026.
According to the Labor Federation (LDF) of Quang Ninh city, the class aims to improve professional knowledge and practical skills in organizing cultural, artistic, and sports activities at agencies, units, and businesses.
Participating in the class are trade union officials in charge of propaganda, culture, and communication work at units and enterprises under commune, ward, special zone trade unions and grassroots trade unions directly under the City Labor Federation; officials and union members who are the core in the cultural, artistic, and sports movement; propaganda collaborators and officials in charge of websites, information portals, fan pages, and social networks of units and enterprises.
Through the training program, the Quang Ninh City Labor Federation aims to build a team of trade union officials with expertise and skills in organizing cultural activities, truly becoming the core force in maintaining, developing and replicating movements at the grassroots level.
This is also a solution contributing to improving the cultural and spiritual life of officials, union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers (CNVCLĐ); promoting the construction of agencies, units, and businesses to meet cultural standards, preventing and combating social evils. Thereby, creating motivation for workers to actively participate in labor and production emulation movements, contributing to completing political tasks and production and business goals of each unit.
In addition, the program aims to attract a large number of workers and employees to participate in trade union activities, strengthen the connection between workers and trade union organizations, and build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations. The movements "Linking up, twinning" and building grassroots cultural life are also expected to continue to spread widely in the city in the new period.
The training class is organized centrally for 5 days, from October 28 to November 1, 26, including 1 day of field trip. At the end of the course, students who complete the full program and meet the requirements will be granted certificates at the closing ceremony and summary.
At the closing ceremony, students also reported on the results of studying thematic practical skills through a well-prepared and methodical art program, contributing to assessing the ability to apply knowledge to organize cultural and artistic activities at the grassroots level.
