Returning 2 lost phones to Korean citizens in Phu Tho
Phu Tho - Vinh Phuc Ward Police have just returned 2 phones picked up by Mr. Tran Ngoc Tan to a Korean citizen.
Previously, at about 5:20 pm on October 18, 2026, while exercising on Me Linh street, belonging to Vinh Thinh Tay residential group, Vinh Phuc ward, Mr. Tran Ngoc Tan (born in 1964, residing in Mau Lam residential group) picked up 2 mobile phones, including a blue Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G phone and a pink Samsung phone.
Unable to identify the owner, Mr. Tan brought the above property to Vinh Phuc Ward Police to report and request assistance in finding the person who lost it.
Upon receiving the property, the Ward Police made a record according to regulations, conducted a review and verified related information.
Through this, functional forces identified the owners of the 2 phones as Mr. Song WoohHyuk (born in 1982, Korean nationality).
Vinh Phuc Ward Police organized the full return of assets to Mr. Song WoohHyuk.
