People's Police Trade Union working with MobiFone Trade Union
The working delegation of the People's Police Trade Union just worked with the Trade Union of MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation and 4 grassroots trade unions directly under the Hanoi area.
At the working session, Ms. Tran Thi Viet Ha - Deputy Head of MobiFone Trade Union - said that as of August 31, 2026, MobiFone Trade Union managed 9,038 union members operating in 44 affiliated grassroots trade unions. In the first 9 months of 2026, MobiFone Trade Union has proactively implemented many practical programs and activities with highlights, closely following the political tasks, production and business activities of the Corporation and the needs and aspirations of union members and workers.
Notably, on the occasion of the 2026 Lunar New Year, MobiFone Trade Union has coordinated to organize the program "Tet reunion - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" and the Trade Union Tet Market, with a total care budget of more than 2.099 billion VND; organized "Trade Union Meals" and deployed many social security activities, caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers. Along with care work, the "Three Firsts", "Three Innovations" emulation movements are widely deployed, associated with professional tasks, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere throughout the Corporation...
Speaking at the working session, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Bui Son Nam - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director, Head of MobiFone Trade Union - emphasized that the MobiFone Party Committee always identifies trade union activities as an important part in Party building and performing political tasks, production and business of the Corporation. In the new period, MobiFone faces a very large change requirement, both having to successfully complete production and business targets, and having to promote telecommunications and technology capacity to serve the task of ensuring security and order as well as building a modern People's Police force. Therefore, MobiFone Trade Union is committed to continuing to play a good role as a bridge, accompanying workers and striving to become a leading flag in the People's Police Trade Union system.
Highly appreciating the achieved results, Colonel Cong Thanh Thao - Head of the People's Police Trade Union - acknowledged the proactive spirit of MobiFone Trade Union in quickly stabilizing the organization and systematically deploying emulation movements as well as caring for workers, despite the wide area of operation and the team of officials mainly working part-time.
The working delegation also recorded proposals from grassroots trade unions on professional training and fostering, financial regulations guidance and digital transformation infrastructure support to continue researching and removing difficulties in the coming time.
