Update on legal knowledge for trade union officials in Phu Tho
Phu Tho - The Provincial Labor Federation organized a conference to deploy policies and laws for hundreds of grassroots officials.
On October 2nd, the Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation organized a conference to deploy policies and laws for nearly 250 grassroots trade union officials directly under the Hoa Binh Ward Trade Union.
At the conference, trade union officials were updated on new contents in the system of policies and laws directly related to the Trade Union organization and employees.
The content focuses on the Labor Code, the Law on Implementation of Democracy at the Grassroots Level, the Trade Union Law, the Employment Law, the 2024 Social Insurance Law, the Law on Occupational Safety and Health, and guiding decrees and documents.
Previously, on October 1st, the Provincial Labor Federation also organized a conference for trade union officials of the Trade Unions of Thong Nhat, Ky Son, Luong Son and Tan Lac wards and communes.
At the program, Mr. Tong Duc Chien, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, directly updated regulations and guidelines related to trade union activities.
One content focused on exchanging was the skill of negotiating and signing collective labor agreements. Through this, trade union officials gained more knowledge to participate in dialogue and negotiation with employers, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
The conferences help grassroots trade union officials promptly grasp current regulations, and at the same time improve knowledge and skills in performing tasks in the field of policies and laws.
