Vinh Long - The Provincial Labor Federation organized a Conference to announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of An Di Xing Vietnam Sports Equipment Co., Ltd.
On October 8th, the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) organized a Conference to announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS) of An Di Xing Vietnam Sports Equipment Co., Ltd.
At the announcement conference, the Provincial Labor Federation awarded decisions recognizing 135 workers to join the Vietnam Trade Union organization. At the same time, the Standing Committee of the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation decided to appoint the Provisional Executive Committee of An Di Xing Vietnam Sports Equipment Co., Ltd. consisting of 5 members, and the Inspection Committee of 03 members. Among them, Ms. Nguyen Thieu Nhi holds the position of Chairwoman of the Grassroots Trade Union.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Ms. Nguyen Thieu Nhi - Chairwoman of the grassroots trade union sent thanks for the attention and timely direction of the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation. At the same time, she committed to unite with the Executive Committee to well fulfill the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
Ms. Nguyen Thieu Nhi emphasized that the grassroots trade union will closely coordinate with the Company's Board of Directors to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations, mobilize union members to compete in labor production, and contribute to the development of the enterprise.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Nhat Linh - Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee of Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation - congratulated the grassroots trade union of An Di Xing Vietnam Sports Equipment Co., Ltd. and newly admitted union members.
Mr. Tran Nhat Linh requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union to urgently assign tasks, develop operating regulations, proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers to promptly support and create solid trust for union members and accompany the sustainable development of enterprises.
