With a frank and responsible spirit, the conference focused on discussing and proposing many practical solutions to innovate operating methods, strengthen the representative role, protect the legitimate and lawful rights of female workers, and include more beneficial contents in the Collective Labor Agreement in the coming time.
Ms. Huynh Thi Tuyet Vui, Chairwoman of the Provincial Labor Federation, respectfully received the heartfelt contributions of delegates to complete the work program in the coming time.

Emphasizing the motto "Towards grassroots level, taking female union members and workers as the center", the Provincial Labor Federation proposed that trade union levels focus on improving the quality of the Mass Women's Committee; innovate practical activities, avoid formality; focus on negotiating to include beneficial terms on employment, maternity, and welfare in the Collective Labor Agreement; and at the same time continue to maintain and replicate effective care models such as "Pregnant Women and Child Raising Clubs" in the next period.
Next, the culinary contest with the theme "Reunion member meal" took place right at the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation agency.

The contest brings a space for exchange and strengthens solidarity between full-time and part-time trade union officials.
