Da Nang - The grassroots trade union of G4S Oil and Gas Investment Joint Stock Company is launched, aiming to care for the lives and protect the rights of union members and workers.
On October 13th, in Da Nang City, the City Labor Federation organized a conference to announce the decision to admit union members and establish the grassroots Trade Union of G4S Oil and Gas Investment Joint Stock Company.
At the conference, representatives of the City Labor Federation announced decisions to admit union members, establish grassroots trade unions, and appoint the Executive Committee and Inspection Committee of grassroots trade unions of G4S Oil and Gas Investment Joint Stock Company.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong - Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union of G4S Oil and Gas Investment Joint Stock Company said that the establishment of the grassroots Trade Union is an important milestone for the collective of employees of G4S Oil and Gas Investment Joint Stock Company. This is not only a joy but also a great responsibility for the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union in general and myself in particular.
We will always closely coordinate with the Company's Board of Directors in building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations. Promoting the role of a bridge between employees and businesses.
Listen to the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers; promptly propose solutions to care for the material and spiritual life, protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members in accordance with the law," Ms. Phuong emphasized.
Ms. Phuong also expressed that in the coming time, she will continue to receive the attention and direction of the Da Nang City Labor Federation. Continue to receive the coordination and facilitation of the Company's Board of Directors.
