Da Nang establishes more grassroots trade unions in Hoa Cam Industrial Park
Da Nang - The grassroots trade union of Dien Ban Group Joint Stock Company was established with 35 union members, creating more support to care for workers.
On September 25, the Da Nang City Labor Federation said that it had just organized a conference to propagate and announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Dien Ban Group Joint Stock Company (located in Hoa Cam Industrial Park).
At the conference, the City Labor Federation announced the decision to admit 35 employees of the company to the Trade Union organization; and at the same time announced the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union, appoint the Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee.
Representatives of the Da Nang City Labor Federation also propagated about the position and role of the Trade Union organization; disseminated the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers when participating in the Trade Union.
The establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Dien Ban Group Joint Stock Company is expected to contribute to strengthening representation and protection of workers' rights, and at the same time building stable and harmonious labor relations at the enterprise.
