Establishment of the Grassroots Trade Union of Ying Hsin Company, admission of 98 union members

On September 29, the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) awarded the decision to admit 98 workers of Ying Hsin Co., Ltd. to the Vietnam Trade Union. At the same time, announced the decision to establish the grassroots trade union and appointed the Executive Committee of 5 comrades, Mr. Bui Van Khoi as Chairman of the grassroots trade union.

Speaking to receive the assignment, the new Chairman of the grassroots trade union Bui Van Khoi promised to work with the Executive Committee to urgently develop operating regulations and assign specific tasks to each member. Through this, effectively deploy all aspects of work, and quickly put trade union activities into order.

The Executive Committee will always be close and listen to the thoughts and aspirations of employees to promptly support and take care of them thoughtfully. At the same time, focus on representing and best protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of all trade union members at the enterprise.

Mr. Bui Van Khoi committed to closely coordinate with the Board of Directors to promote production emulation and build harmonious labor relations. Affirming the role of grassroots trade unions so that the remaining workers can clearly see their rights and obligations when joining the Trade Union organization, thereby voluntarily joining before the Congress.

Speaking to direct, Ms. Vo Thi Thu Oanh - Vice President of Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation congratulated the grassroots trade union of the Company on its official launch. She affirmed that the Trade Union always takes union members and workers as the center, both caring for and representing and protecting union members and workers and accompanying business development.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union to soon negotiate and sign a collective labor agreement with clauses that are more beneficial to workers than the provisions of law. This contributes to improving welfare, building harmonious, progressive, and long-term stable labor relations.

Because female workers account for the majority with 75/98 union members, the grassroots trade union needs to soon establish a Mass Women's Committee to provide in-depth advice to the Executive Committee to better care for the lives of female union members and workers. The Provincial Labor Federation will always accompany and promptly support in all aspects so that the grassroots trade union operates effectively.
