Cao Bang Provincial Land Development Fund establishes grassroots trade union

The Congress was attended by Mr. Ha Ngoc Tu, Provincial Party Committee Member, Chairman of Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation; leaders of the Provincial Land Development Fund and officials and employees of the unit.

According to the report at the congress, after the propaganda process about the Vietnam Trade Union organization and the rights of union members, officials, and employees at the Fund, they voluntarily registered to join the trade union.

The Congress announced the list of union members, announced the establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of the Cao Bang Provincial Land Development Fund and elected the Executive Committee of the I term.

At the first conference after the congress, the Executive Committee elected Mr. Quach Hoai Duong, Secretary of the Party Cell, Deputy Director of the Fund, to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union; Ms. Dam Thi Tuyet, Head of the Professional Department, to hold the position of Vice Chairman for the 2026-2030 term.

Speaking at the congress, Mr. Ha Ngoc Tu proposed that the Executive Committee soon develop regulations and operating programs suitable to the unit's tasks.

Grassroots trade unions need to regularly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members, coordinate to solve issues related to workers' rights and organize emulation movements associated with professional work.

The Congress also approved the 2026-2030 term activity program, focusing on representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
