Emphasizing the role of Trade Unions in enterprises

News from Que Son Commune Trade Union, Da Nang city on September 28 said: The Standing Committee of Que Son Commune Party Committee organized a working session with businesses in the area to grasp the situation of production and business activities; exchange and remove difficulties and obstacles in the operation process and agree on coordinating solutions in the coming time.

The working session also focused on exchanging views on Party building, Party member development, Trade Union organization development in enterprises, and caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.

Attending the working session were representatives of leaders of the Da Nang City Labor Federation; Standing Committee of the Party Committee, leaders of the People's Committee, representatives of departments and branches of Que Son Trung commune; leaders of Que Son Commune Trade Union and representatives of leaders of enterprises: Anh Nguyen Garment One Member Limited Liability Company; Thuan Phat 79 Quang Nam Trading and Service Co., Ltd.; Son Sau Sang Production and Construction Co., Ltd.; Branch of Thien An Khuong Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company in Quang Nam and Minh Tam Agricultural Development Joint Stock Company.

At the working session, representatives of the City Labor Federation, the Standing Committee of Que Son Trung Commune Party Committee and Que Son Commune Trade Union exchanged and informed businesses about the policy of developing trade union organizations in the new situation.

Representatives of the Da Nang City Labor Federation emphasized the role of the Trade Union in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers. At the same time, they introduced basic contents on the order and procedures for establishing Trade Union organizations and organizing Trade Union activities at enterprises.

Establish Trade Unions to add coordination channels

Representatives of the Que Son Commune Trade Union emphasized that the establishment of the Trade Union organization not only contributes to ensuring the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers but also creates an additional channel for coordination between workers and employers, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

The Trade Union is also a bridge to promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers, accompanying businesses in building a stable, united, responsible and effective working environment.

Directly exchanging with business leaders, representatives of the City Labor Federation and Que Son Commune Trade Union recorded the characteristics, operating situation and actual needs of each unit.

At the same time, he affirmed that he will continue to coordinate, guide, and support businesses in the process of propaganda and mobilization of workers to join the Trade Union and complete procedures to establish grassroots Trade Union organizations.

Through the working session, most businesses became more aware of the necessity and significance of establishing Trade Union organizations at enterprises.

This is an important basis for Que Son Commune Trade Union to continue to coordinate with local Party committees, authorities and businesses to implement the next steps, striving to soon establish Trade Union organizations in eligible units, bringing Trade Union activities closer to workers.
