Bao Lam Medical Center establishes grassroots trade union with 114 union members
Cao Bang - The grassroots Trade Union of Bao Lam Medical Center was established with 114 union members who are officials and employees of the unit.
At the congress held on September 28, the Steering Committee for establishing the grassroots Trade Union reported on the process of propaganda and mobilization of officials and employees to voluntarily join the trade union organization.
The decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Bao Lam Medical Center and the list of union members were also announced.

Mr. Ngoc Van Phan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, proposed that the new Executive Committee soon develop working regulations and operating programs suitable to the specific characteristics of the health unit.

According to Mr. Phan, trade unions need to pay attention to representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members; grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers and coordinate with the leaders of Bao Lam Medical Center to improve the quality of people's health care.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Bao Lam Medical Center for the term 2026-2030. The Executive Committee then held the first meeting and debuted at the congress.
