Cao Bang establishes grassroots Trade Union of Bao Lac Medical Center with 99 union members

On the afternoon of September 27, Bao Lac Medical Center organized the Congress to establish the grassroots Trade Union for the 2026-2030 term.

The grassroots trade union of Bao Lac Medical Center has 99 union members, who are civil servants and employees working at the unit.

At the congress, the Steering Committee for establishing grassroots Trade Unions reported on the process of propaganda and mobilization of workers to learn about and voluntarily join the Trade Union organization; and announced the decision to establish and the list of union members.

Mr. Ngoc Van Phan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, requested the new Executive Committee to soon stabilize the organization and develop an operating program suitable to the specific characteristics of the medical unit.

According to Mr. Phan, grassroots trade unions need to pay attention to representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members; regularly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers and coordinate with the Center's leaders to solve arising problems.

The Trade Union organization is also proposed to accompany the unit in performing professional tasks, building a united working environment, contributing to improving the quality of people's health care.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Bao Lac Medical Center for the term 2026-2030.

The new Executive Committee then held the first conference and launched the congress.

The establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Bao Lac Medical Center contributes to expanding the Trade Union organization in health units in Cao Bang, creating more support to care for and protect the rights of officials and employees.
