Establishment of grassroots trade union in Hanoi with 120 union members
Hanoi - The 1st Congress of the Grassroots Trade Union, term 2026-2031 of Ha An Automobile Joint Stock Company was successfully held.
According to the Xuan Phuong Ward Trade Union, the Ward Trade Union has announced the Decision to establish a grassroots trade union and admit 120 officials, employees, and workers to become members of the Vietnam Trade Union.
The establishment of the grassroots trade union of Ha An Automobile Joint Stock Company marks a new step in the development of building trade union organizations in non-state-owned enterprises in Xuan Phuong ward; and at the same time creates an additional reliable address for union members and workers to gather, care for, represent and protect their legitimate and lawful rights and interests.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Bui Van Cuong - Chairman of Xuan Phuong Ward Trade Union highly appreciated the concern and facilitation of the Company's Board of Directors in the process of coordinating the establishment of the Trade Union organization.
The Chairman of Xuan Phuong Ward Trade Union also requested the Executive Committee of the first grassroots trade union to quickly develop operating regulations and work programs suitable to the specific characteristics of enterprises; well perform the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
The Trade Union also needs to proactively coordinate with the Company's Board of Directors to build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations, effectively launch emulation movements, encourage union members to promote initiatives, improve productivity and work quality; contributing to building a professional, united and humane working environment...
