Establishment of the grassroots trade union of Thanh Cong Transport Service Joint Stock Company
Quang Tri - Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation promotes the development of union members, establishes grassroots trade unions, and brings the Trade Union organization closer to workers.
On September 27, the Labor Federation (LDF) of Quang Tri province said that the unit had just organized the announcement of the decision recognizing union members and establishing the grassroots trade union of Thanh Cong Transport Service Joint Stock Company.
At the announcement ceremony, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation awarded decisions to admit 31 workers to the Trade Union organization, and announced decisions to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Thanh Cong Transport Service Joint Stock Company.
Mr. Le Phuoc Trinh was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Thanh Cong Transport Service Joint Stock Company.
The admission of 31 union members and the establishment of another grassroots trade union is part of efforts to develop union members and expand the coverage of the Trade Union organization in enterprises in Quang Tri province.
Through this, the Trade Union organization gradually gathers workers, creates more representative focal points, cares for, and protects the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers at enterprises.
Immediately after its establishment, the grassroots trade union of Thanh Cong Transport Service Joint Stock Company had 31 union members. This is the foundation for the grassroots trade union to implement activities to care for life, grasp thoughts, aspirations and accompany employees in the working process.
At the same time, grassroots trade unions are expected to promote the role of a bridge between workers and businesses, build harmonious and stable labor relations, contributing to promoting production and business activities and building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization.
