Quang Uyen Hospital, Cao Bang establishes grassroots trade union

On the morning of September 25, Quang Uyen Hospital organized the Congress to establish the grassroots Trade Union.

Attending and directing the congress was Mr. Ha Ngoc Tu, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF), Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation.

At the congress, the Steering Committee for establishing grassroots trade unions reported on the process of propaganda and mobilization of officials and employees to join the Trade Union organization.

The Congress announced the establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Quang Uyen Hospital with 113 union members.

Speaking to direct, Mr. Ha Ngoc Tu congratulated the newly established grassroots trade union.

He proposed that the Executive Committee soon stabilize the organization, develop a practical operating program suitable to the hospital's specific characteristics; pay attention to performing the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

The Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation also requested grassroots trade unions to closely coordinate with hospital leaders in performing professional tasks, building a united collective, contributing to improving the quality of unit operations.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Quang Uyen Hospital for the term 2026-2030. The new Executive Committee then held the first conference and launched the congress.

The establishment of grassroots trade unions creates an additional channel for officials and employees to express their aspirations, participate in building units and be represented and cared for in the working process.
