Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union, Da Nang establishes 5 new grassroots trade unions

News from Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union, Da Nang City on September 26 said: Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union organized a conference to announce the decision to establish grassroots trade unions (CĐCS), admitting union members at 5 enterprises, including: Chau Thong Production - Trading and Service Co., Ltd.; Hong Phuc Ngoc Van Co., Ltd.; Central CNV Industry Joint Stock Company; An Phuoc Thanh Co., Ltd. and Entertainment 2020 Joint Stock Company. Through this, 114 workers were admitted to the Trade Union organization.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union Phan Van Sang congratulated 5 newly established grassroots trade unions, and affirmed that the establishment of Trade Union organizations at enterprises contributes to creating favorable conditions for representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

The Chairman of the Ward Trade Union proposed that the Executive Committees of grassroots trade unions soon develop regulations and operating programs; pay attention to caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers; promote the role of representing, propagating, and mobilizing union members to comply with the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State.

At the same time, proactively coordinate with businesses in production and business activities, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations.

The establishment of 5 grassroots trade unions and the admission of 114 more union members continues to supplement forces, expand the Trade Union organization in Thanh Khe ward, creating a foundation for activities to care for, represent, and protect workers' rights to be deployed more closely at the grassroots level.
