Training on AI application in communication for Ha Tinh Trade Union officials
Ha Tinh - On the morning of September 24, the Provincial Labor Federation organized a training conference on skills in applying artificial intelligence (AI) in communication work for Trade Union officials.
Attending were 64 full-time Trade Union officials and grassroots Trade Union officials. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Tuan - Deputy Director of the Institute of Digital Transformation and Learning Materials, Hue University - directly taught. The conference took place in 2 days (September 24-25).
Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation Tang Thi Linh Chi emphasized that the application of AI is a necessary requirement to improve digital capacity, support trade union officials to effectively perform professional tasks, especially propaganda and communication work.
The training course focuses on practice, associated with practical work. Trainees are instructed on how to use AI to analyze, synthesize, summarize documents, reports, legal documents; build content, reports, presentations and handle situations in Trade Union work.
On the second day, students practiced AI applications to design posters, backdrops, infographics, banners; build scripts, voice and short media videos.
A noteworthy point is that students directly operate on personal computers, practice step by step and complete products after each content. Through this, Trade Union officials are equipped with skills to build prompts, exploit documents and create communication products using AI, from content to images and videos.
