Organize a national conference to thoroughly grasp and implement Resolution No. 4 of the 14th Central Committee

The conference was organized to highly unify the awareness and action among cadres, party members, in Party committees and Party organizations at all levels on the guiding viewpoints, core contents, new points, and key points of the Resolution of the Fourth Conference of the 14th Party Central Committee.

From there, improve responsibility and political determination in organizing and implementing, concretizing effective action programs and plans; ensuring synchronization, unity, and smoothness from the Central to the grassroots levels, creating unity in the Party, consensus in society, and successfully implementing the country's development goals in the new period.

The conference is organized directly combined with online nationwide (main bridge point at Dien Hong meeting room, National Assembly House, Hanoi); connecting to the bridge points of provincial and city Party committees, Party committees directly under the Central Government and grassroots-level bridge points; organizing live broadcasts on Voice of Vietnam Radio and live television on Vietnam Television.

According to the program, General Secretary and President To Lam attended and delivered directing speeches at the Conference.

Delegates studied, learned, and thoroughly grasped 6 topics including: Resolution on strengthening the building and rectification of the Party and the political system to be clean, strong, and comprehensive, meeting the development requirements of the country in the new era.

Resolution on innovating the Party's leadership and ruling methods for the political system in the new period.

Resolution on focusing on building a contingent of cadres at all levels, especially at strategic levels, with sufficient qualities, capacity and prestige, on par with the tasks.

Regulations on party members participating in investment and business activities.

Conclusion on the National Strategy on attracting, valuing and developing talents in key industries and fields to serve the country's rapid and sustainable development.

Report assessing the socio-economic development situation, state budget implementation in 2026; expected socio-economic development plan, state budget estimate for 2027.
