Closing of the 4th Plenum of the 14th Central Committee
On the afternoon of October 8th, in Hanoi, the 4th Conference of the 14th Central Committee closed after 4 working days.
On the afternoon of October 8th, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, the fourth Conference of the 14th Central Committee of the Party held the Closing Session. General Secretary and President To Lam delivered the closing speech at the Conference.
Prior to that, the Central Committee and delegates attended the closing session of the Conference at the Hall to listen to the Politburo report on receiving and explaining the contents that the Central Committee had discussed and contributed opinions. The Central Committee discussed, gave opinions and voted to approve the Resolution of the Fourth Conference of the 14th Party Central Committee.
The Party Central Committee called on the entire Party, people, and army to continue to promote the tradition of patriotism; unite, unify, join hands and hearts; uphold the spirit of responsibility, self-reliance, self-strengthening, innovation, strive to overcome all difficulties and challenges, and successfully complete the goals and tasks of 2026; determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress.
