On September 24, the Trade Union of Biel Crystal Technology Production Co., Ltd. (An Phat 1 Industrial Park, An Phu commune) organized the launch of the "Socialist Grassroots Trade Union" model for the period 2026 - 2030 at Biel Crystal Technology Production Co., Ltd.
According to reports, the Company currently has more than 5,000 employees, with an average income of about 10.5 million VND/person/month. Through the supervision of the Trade Union, 100% of employees have signed labor contracts and participated in social insurance. The Company implements regimes on salaries, allowances, bonuses and benefits, contributing to stabilizing workers' lives.
With a large labor scale, the implementation of the model raises the requirement to improve the quality of dialogue, collective bargaining and policy implementation supervision for workers. In addition, the Trade Union focuses on coordinating attention to working conditions, health, cultural and spiritual life and improving skills for workers.
The Company's Trade Union currently has more than 4,000 union members, focusing on performing the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
The Trade Union coordinates with employers to organize dialogues, participate in building internal regulations, supervise the implementation of labor policies and improve working conditions.
Through this, the model aims to improve the quality of Trade Union activities, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
At the conference, the Board of Directors of Biel Crystal Technology Production Co., Ltd. and the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union signed a commitment to coordinate the implementation of the "Socialist Grassroots Trade Union" model in the period 2026 - 2030.
On this occasion, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation presented Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to workers, contributing to encouraging union members, workers and caring for the spiritual life at the enterprise.
