Taishodo Vietnam Co., Ltd. Trade Union launches new model

According to the report at the conference, Taishodo Vietnam Co., Ltd. was established in 2007, operating in Dai An Industrial Park, the factory officially went into operation in 2008. The company specializes in manufacturing and processing electronic circuit boards and eye duct testers. In 2020, the Company put factory No. 2 into operation.

Currently, the Company has 950 employees. Basic employment is maintained stably, average income is over 7.5 million VND/person/month. Salaries are paid on time, working conditions and labor protection are guaranteed. 100% of employees participating are covered by social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and are given periodic health check-ups according to regulations.

In addition to salary, workers are supported with housing and travel of 700,000 VND/person/month; lunch meals are worth from 30,000 - 35,000 VND/portion.

The characteristics of electronics manufacturing require high accuracy, discipline, quality and safety. Therefore, improving the quality of employment, welfare, professional skills, promoting initiatives and building a safe and stable working environment are identified as contents related to workers' rights and the production and business efficiency of enterprises.

The Company's Trade Union maintains the rate of union member gathering reaching 100% of qualified workers. The Executive Committee, Inspection Committee and Trade Union groups maintain operations and activities according to regulations; have regulations on coordination with businesses and regularly update information related to union members and workers.

100% of Trade Union officials participate in professional training on union member development, women's affairs, finance, propaganda, negotiation skills, dialogue, building collective labor agreements and updating labor laws. Financial and inspection work is maintained; the Inspection Committee conducts periodic financial inspections every 3 months.

The launch of the "Socialist Grassroots Trade Union" model for the period 2026 - 2030 aims to continue to promote the role of the Trade Union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; and at the same time coordinate with businesses to improve the quality of employment, welfare and production and business efficiency.

At the program, the Company's Board of Directors and the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee committed to coordinating the implementation of the "Socialist Grassroots Trade Union" model in the period 2026 - 2030.
