Digital Front" expands community connection in remote communes of Lam Dong
Lam Dong - The "Digital Front" model is implemented in 5/5 villages in Ham Thuan Nam commune, contributing to spreading official information and receiving opinions and recommendations from people.
On October 13th, Mr. Pham Van Hoa, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ham Thuan Nam commune, said that the locality had just launched the "Digital Front - Connecting Digital Community" model in Lap Vinh village.
This is the last village to complete the implementation, bringing the model to cover 5/5 villages in the commune.
Through digital connection channels in residential areas, the Commune Fatherland Front aims to quickly convey official information about the Party's guidelines, policies, laws of the State, emulation movements and activities of the Front to the people.
The model also creates a two-way interaction channel, helping people exchange, reflect, propose and share their thoughts and aspirations.
On that basis, the Front grasps information from the grassroots level, summarizes and coordinates with relevant agencies in the process of resolution.
To make the operating model effective, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune proposed that the Party cell, the Fatherland Front Work Committee, the village operating committee and mass organizations maintain regular activities.
The content of information needs to ensure authenticity, brevity, easy access and be linked to issues of concern to the people.
Along with that, the locality focuses on supporting older people to access technology and improve skills in using a safe digital environment.
In Lap Hoa village, people were instructed to use VNeID electronic identification accounts, protect personal information and identify online scams.
According to Mr. Hoa, the implementation of the model in all 5 villages is a step to innovate the operating methods of the Fatherland Front of Ham Thuan Nam commune.
Through this, the locality expects to expand information channels, improve the ability to receive feedback and promote the participation of people in community activities.
