Typical enterprises in Lam Dong improve welfare, retain workers
Lam Dong - Hai Trieu Co., Ltd. was commended as "Exemplary Enterprise for Workers" in 2026 for focusing on income, welfare and labor safety.
On October 11, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation informed that Hai Trieu Co., Ltd. is one of the 24 units commended as "Exemplary Enterprise for Workers" in 2026.
The business focuses on improving income, enhancing welfare and ensuring a safe working environment. The company's workforce increased from 463 people in 2024 to 616 people in 2025 and 675 people in the first 9 months of 2026.
Average income also increased over the years, from 9.5 million VND/person/month in 2024 to 10 million VND in 2025 and 11 million VND in the first 9 months of 2026.
In addition to salaries, the company maintains the 13th monthly salary bonus to recognize contributions and encourage employees to stick with them for a long time. The bonus budget reached more than 3.914 billion VND in 2024, more than 4.962 billion VND in 2025 and is expected to reach 5.5 billion VND in 2026.
Regarding welfare, the company supports 100% of meal costs, equivalent to 20,000 VND/person/day, not deducted from salary. The enterprise also coordinates with grassroots trade unions to visit and support workers in difficulty and illness; organize care for holidays, Tet, Trade Union Meals, summer tourism and cultural and sports activities.
Occupational safety and hygiene are emphasized. From 2024 to the end of the first 9 months of 2026, the company did not record any labor accidents, fire or environmental pollution incidents. Workers are equipped with appropriate protective equipment and have periodic health checks.
Along with that, the company deploys the 5S–Kaizen model at 100% of departments and production workshops, with training, deployment and maintenance costs in the 2024–2026 period of 43.2 million VND.
Businesses also apply technology to production, such as the 2024 electronic scale system and the 2025 ERP overall enterprise management software, to standardize processes, improve the working environment and increase productivity.
According to the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, the commendation of "Exemplary Enterprise for Workers" in 2026 recognizes the efforts of Hai Trieu Co., Ltd. in improving income, caring for welfare and ensuring labor safety.
