Honoring typical businesses for workers and laborers of the Capital in 2026

According to the Hanoi Labor Federation, this year's honoring activities prioritize selecting private enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, and labor-intensive enterprises that focus on innovation and digital transformation.

Among the 30 enterprises honored, there are 27 enterprises in the non-state sector, 14 enterprises with foreign investment capital and many enterprises using a large number of workers, and at the same time paying attention to enterprises that focus on innovation, digital transformation and building a progressive working environment.

Also honored in the program are 30 typical Capital Workers - people who directly work and produce at enterprises in many industries and fields. Their common point is the spirit of responsibility, dedication, dynamism, creativity; they are initiatives and technical solutions that make practical contributions to the operation of enterprises...

The selection criteria have always been updated, improved and affirmed their prestige, becoming a measure to help businesses self-improve, in order to meet the standards in caring for employees. After each honoring, the program constantly welcomes more new businesses to participate.

This affirms that the development of the emulation movement to care for workers has increased both in breadth and depth; it is not just a simple slogan, but has been realized more and more and more clearly with very specific and practical policies, jobs and actions with positive spillover effects, which is a widespread proof of the close relationship between businesses and workers, businesses develop workers with stable jobs and incomes, have conditions for promotion and development, and vice versa, workers are attached, creative, and achieve high labor productivity is a prerequisite for sustainable business development.

The City Labor Federation's activities send a message: Respecting workers, ensuring jobs, fulfilling commitments, building substantive dialogue and creating conditions for the Trade Union organization to operate not only to create a progressive working environment, but also to build trust, brand and a foundation for sustainable business development.

Speaking at the Conference, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Thai Thu Xuong emphasized: Typical enterprises for workers honored today not only affirm their position and efficiency in production and business activities but also clearly demonstrate responsibility and concern for workers with practical policies and specific jobs in ensuring jobs, income, labor safety and care for welfare.

The success of enterprises cannot be without the role of workers. The dedication, responsibility, creative spirit and continuous efforts of the team of workers and laborers are important factors contributing to improving productivity, quality, production and business efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises.
