Talking to a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hai - Chairman of the Trade Union of Dai Dung Nghi Son Mechanical Engineering Joint Stock Company - said that right from its establishment, the enterprise has identified employees as the center, an important driving force for production and business development.

Dai Dung Nghi Son Mechanical and Manufacturing Joint Stock Company was established in 2023, operating in the field of steel structure production and manufacturing, currently has 656 officials, workers, and laborers, including 550 trade union members. Along with expanding production activities, the company always focuses on ensuring jobs, improving income and implementing regimes and policies for workers. In 2025, the average income of workers reached 8.3 million VND/person/month. In the first 8 months of 2026, the average income increased to about 15.5 million VND/person/month.

In particular, the company maintains many practical care activities such as organizing monthly birthdays, giving gifts on holidays and Tet, supporting union members in sickness, maternity, funerals and caring for workers' children. The enterprise also arranges free accommodation for workers far away, and implements heavy and hazardous allowances for direct production workers.

One of the outstanding activities is the "Trade Union Meal", "Happy Meal" program, creating conditions for union members and workers to exchange, share and strengthen cohesion. In Workers' Month 2026, the company's Trade Union coordinated to organize a launching ceremony with more than 500 union members and workers participating.

Not only taking care of material life, businesses also focus on building a safe and democratic working environment, encouraging workers to promote initiatives and technical improvements.

The company always encourages employees to research and improve techniques to improve productivity and reduce the risk of workplace accidents. Typically, the initiative to manufacture a system of scrap conveyors and automatic slag disposal for CNC laser cutting machines, helping to save investment costs estimated at more than 1.1 billion VND" - Mr. Hai said.

From efforts in production and care for the lives of workers, Dai Dung Nghi Son Mechanical Engineering Joint Stock Company has achieved many achievements and titles in 2026.

On October 6th, the company was honored by the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation as "Exemplary Enterprise for Workers in 2026", and the company's Trade Union was recognized as "Model Grassroots Trade Union in 2026". Following that, on October 10th, the company was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee for its outstanding achievements in production and business activities, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province in 2026" - Mr. Hai shared.
