Businesses take good care, workers accompany development
Lam Dong - The companionship between businesses and workers is honored, towards building harmonious and sustainable labor relations.
On October 8th, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation announced that it will organize commendation ceremonies for "Exemplary Enterprises for Workers" and "Exemplary Workers for Enterprises" in 2026, to recognize contributions from both sides in the production and business process.
According to the Provincial Labor Federation, this is an opportunity to honor businesses that have well fulfilled their responsibilities to workers, from creating jobs, ensuring income, improving working conditions to fully implementing regimes and policies.
In the opposite direction, employees who have made many efforts, creativity, responsibility and positive contributions to businesses, agencies, and units are also commended.
The Selection Council includes the Provincial Labor Federation, Lam Dong Provincial Social Insurance, Economic Security Department of Lam Dong Provincial Police, Lam Dong Provincial Business Association, Provincial Tax Department and Provincial Department of Home Affairs.
Through selection, the council unanimously commended and honored 24 typical enterprises for employees and 20 typical employees for the enterprise.
Among the selected businesses, 4 units were commended, including Binh Thuan Lottery Company Limited, Dak Nong Aluminum Company - TKV, Hai Trieu Company Limited and First Team Vietnam - Lam Dong Garment Company Limited Branch.
Businesses paying attention and taking good care of each other will create a stable working environment, helping workers feel secure in their attachment and develop their abilities. Conversely, the spirit of responsibility, dedication and creativity of workers contributes to improving productivity and production and business efficiency.
Mr. Nguyen Phu Hoang - Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation - said that the companionship between businesses and workers is of great significance in the process of building a stable working environment, promoting creativity, improving productivity and creating a foundation for sustainable business development.
According to Mr. Hoang, the concern and care of businesses for employees is reciprocated by responsibility, dedication and specific contributions of each employee in the work.
From this perspective, commendation is not only aimed at rewarding typical collectives and individuals but also spreading effective models and ways of working in labor relations.
The Provincial Labor Federation expects the activities to contribute to promoting the companionship between businesses, workers and trade union organizations; building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations, thereby contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.
The message emphasized is that businesses for workers and workers for businesses are not two-way separate, but are accompanying to create value, develop together and aim for sustainable goals.
