6,145 recruitment targets with income from 15 million VND/month or more

According to the Hanoi Employment Service Center, the 2nd thematic job transaction session for the construction - mechanics - transportation sector in 2026 is expected to take place on Saturday, October 31, 2026.

The session had 39 units and businesses participating with 8,225 targets for recruitment, enrollment, and labor export. Of which, the enrollment demand is 260 targets; the recruitment and labor export (XKLĐ) demand is 7,965 targets.

A summary from the Hanoi Employment Service Center shows that the demand for recruitment and labor export with intermediate level - technical workers accounts for the highest proportion: 4,371/7,965 targets, accounting for 54.9%; the demand for recruitment and labor export with high school level or higher: 2,176/7,965 targets, accounting for 27.3%; the demand for recruitment and labor export with college-university level or higher: 1,418 targets, accounting for 17.8%.

Targets with high income from 15 million VND/month or more: 6,145 targets (accounting for 77.1%) are concentrated in some positions requiring expertise, high experience and high skills such as management staff, engineers, technicians, construction site commanders/supervisors and labor export targets.

Indicators with income levels from 10-15 million VND/month: 1,274 indicators (accounting for 16%). This is the income level of positions in engineering, mechanics, construction, transportation, driving, machinery operation, technical staff and some positions requiring experience or professional certificates.

Indicators with income below 10 million VND/month: 487 indicators (accounting for 6.1%). This group mainly focuses on positions of construction workers, mechanical workers, production support and direct labor positions, suitable for groups of workers with technical expertise from elementary level or general labor.

The agreed income level has 59 targets. The agreed salary level depends on many factors such as skills, experience, education level, and job position to ensure meeting the needs and rights of employees.

Recruitment and labor export demand by age group: The age group from 30 and below has the highest recruitment and labor export demand with 3,647 targets; the age group from 31-40 has 2,176 targets; the age group from 41-50 has 1,631 targets; the age group from 51-60 has the lowest demand with 511 targets.
