With the responsibility of being the agency in charge of implementing the Project, the Minister of Agriculture and Environment affirmed that construction will be organized to ensure quality, safety, on schedule, strengthen inspection and supervision, promptly handle difficulties and obstacles, and prevent losses, waste, and negativity.
The Ministry closely coordinates with localities and relevant agencies in site clearance, technical infrastructure treatment, waste control and ensuring that the water supply and drainage activities of the system are not interrupted during construction.
Proactively prepare component projects No. 2 and No. 3 associated with post-investment management and operation plans, ensuring that items after completion are synchronously connected, put into operation in a timely manner and fully promote investment goals.
