Solutions to solve the unemployment situation for more than 1.6 million young people

Develop domestic enterprises, especially supporting industries, technology capacity and supply chain linkage. Conduct inspections and assessments of the difficulties of enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, to have specific support solutions.

Focus on removing backlog projects, accelerating disbursement progress, striving to complete 100% of the public investment capital disbursement plan. Creating breakthroughs in mobilizing, allocating and using resources; ensuring focused and key investment, associated with planning, comparative advantages and regional linkages; synchronously and effectively implementing national target programs.

The Standing Committee of the Secretariat requested the Government Party Committee to lead and direct the maintenance of macroeconomic stability, control inflation, ensure major balances of the economy, especially in the last months of the year; proactively build growth scenarios; accelerate the construction and completion of strategic plans, key energy and infrastructure projects.

At the same time, directing the review of the labor and employment situation, having feasible solutions to solve the unemployment situation for more than 1.6 million young people, gradually bringing this force back to the labor market.

Directing breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and digital transformation, the Standing Committee of the Secretariat noted the effective implementation of the National Digital Architecture Framework; completing the connection, cleaning and effective operation of 12 key databases and 104 databases.

The Standing Committee of the Secretariat emphasized the requirement to continue to firmly consolidate national defense and security; proactively grasp and closely forecast the world and regional situation, not to be passive or surprised; ensure network security, data security, and maintain political security, order, and social safety.
