Timely taking 2 girls in a traffic accident in Hai Phong to the emergency room

T (born in 2006, residing in Hoa Binh province) carrying Ms. Q.T.H. L (born in 2007, residing in Ha Giang province). Thanks to being discovered by Mr. Kham and the people and taken to the emergency room in time, the health of Ms. T and Ms. L has stabilized.
