Support for women with disabilities in difficult circumstances
Khanh Hoa - Functional agencies support a woman in difficult circumstances in life.
On October 6th, news from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cam An commune said that it had allocated 5 million VND from the Fund for the Poor to support Ms. Phan Thi Phung, residing in Van Thuy village, to share difficulties in life.
Ms. Phan Thi Phung is disabled, congenitally deaf and mute. She lives with her younger brother, however, her younger brother just passed away due to serious illness, causing her to fall into a lonely, particularly difficult situation.
Faced with Ms. Phung's situation, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune supported 5 million VND from the Fund for the Poor. The support contributed to encouraging her spirit, helping her have more conditions to overcome difficulties in life.
The activity shows the concern and sharing of the Commune Front for vulnerable and difficult circumstances in the area, and at the same time contributes to spreading the spirit of mutual affection and love in the community.
