An Cuu Ward Trade Union organizes flower arrangement contest to celebrate October 20th
Hue - An Cuu Ward Trade Union coordinates to organize a flower arrangement art contest, creating a playground for exchange and connection between trade union members and women's union members.
On the afternoon of October 15, An Cuu Ward Trade Union (Hue City) coordinated with the Ward Women's Union to organize the 2026 artistic flower arrangement contest with the theme "October Flower Colors - Connecting Love, Connecting An Cuu".
This is an activity towards the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2026), and at the same time creates a useful playground, strengthening exchanges between trade union members and women's union members in the area.
The contest attracted 16 teams, each team including 3 members. Among them, 8 teams came from grassroots trade unions under An Cuu Ward Trade Union and 8 teams came from emulation clusters of the Ward Women's Union.
The teams brought many artistic flower arrangements with creative expressions, sending messages about love, sharing, solidarity and the beauty of women in life.
Notably, teams from grassroots trade unions won many high prizes at the contest.
The first prize belonged to the grassroots Trade Union of Toyota Hue Joint Stock Company. The grassroots Trade Union of Long Tho Joint Stock Company won the second prize.
Among the 3 Third Prizes, 2 prizes belonged to the grassroots Trade Union of Hue Green Park Center and the grassroots Trade Union of Hue Intermediate School of Culture and Arts.
The grassroots trade union of the Project Management Board for Construction Investment Area 1 won the Consolation Award.
The Organizing Committee also awarded prizes to the teams belonging to the Ward Women's Union and the sub-prize "Lan spreading the colors of October flowers" to the remaining teams.
Through the contest, union members have the opportunity to exchange, learn, and develop their talents, dexterity and creative spirit after working hours.
The activity also contributes to strengthening coordination between the Trade Union organization and the Women's Union at the grassroots level, aiming to care for the cultural and spiritual life of union members and workers, especially female workers.
