Trade unions coordinate professionally to implement policies and regimes for union members and workers

According to the VNPT Trade Union (under the Vietnam Science and Technology Trade Union), in the process of VNPT Group implementing restructuring and arranging organizations and labor, to continue to improve the efficiency of coordination in implementing policies and regimes for union members and employees, contributing to building stable and progressive labor relations, the VNPT Trade Union requests grassroots trade unions to proactively coordinate with professional departments to implement policies and regimes with union members and employees.

Accordingly, communicate the regimes and policies of the State, Groups, and units directly related to the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, diversify communication forms to be easy to understand, easy to remember and reach workers. Strengthen consulting and supporting union members and workers in implementing policies and laws. Proactively provide information, guidance, and advice to union members and workers on rights, obligations and regimes related to salaries, social insurance, health insurance, labor contracts...

Participate in and closely coordinate with professional departments to review, amend, and supplement internal regulations and rules of the unit in accordance with the regulations of the State and the Group. Pay special attention to resolving regimes for workers in difficult circumstances, sick, and in labor accidents; regimes for workers who retire according to the Group's regime to ensure regulations (allocations, salaries, bonuses, salaries for days without leave in the year...).

Proactively receive, guide and coordinate to resolve promptly and in accordance with regulations the reflections, petitions, and letters of union members and workers.

Grassroots Trade Unions and People's Inspection Boards improve the effectiveness of supervising and criticizing the implementation of regimes and policies for employees at units according to Regulations 217-QD/TW, Labor Code (Article 178), Law on Implementation of Democracy at the Grassroots Level (Articles 72, 74, 76, 78, 79, 80), Trade Union Law (Articles 15, 16, 17) and decrees and guiding documents of the State, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Group, contributing to building progressive labor relations at the grassroots level.

During the implementation process, if there are problems or incidents arising, the grassroots trade union will quickly report to the VNPT Trade Union for coordination and support.
