Thank you female workers for their efforts and dedication to accompany the company

On October 19th, the grassroots trade union (CĐCS) of Asia I Door Technology Co., Ltd. (AID Group, Tan Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City) organized a gift giving ceremony for female workers on the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20th).

On the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day, the company and the grassroots trade union presented flowers and congratulatory cards to 720 female workers and laborers working in the company. Company leaders also gave each worker an envelope of 50,000 VND.

Also on this occasion, the company organizes lunch with additional portions for all union members to gather together, sharing the joy of the holiday.

On the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day October 20th, the Board of Directors of the Company and the Grassroots Trade Union would like to send to all women in the AID Group family the best and most loving wishes!

To show concern and respect, the company sends each sister a fresh flower and a lucky red envelope. Although the gift is not too large in terms of material, it contains sincere feelings, recognition and thanks for the contributions, efforts, dedication and companionship with the company throughout the past time" - Ms. Le Thi Huong - Chairwoman of the Company's Trade Union - shared.

According to Ms. Le Thi Huong, in life, women always suffer more hardship. Workers working directly in factories must both complete their work and fulfill the role of women in the family. The grassroots trade union and the company share the hardships and contributions of female workers. The company will continue to strive to create jobs and stable incomes for workers. At the same time, there are policies to care for the material and spiritual life of female workers.
